What we collect

Only what you send us in a request form, by email, phone or WhatsApp: name, company, phone number, email address, equipment details, part lists, descriptions and the files you attach (photos, documents).

Why we use it

To identify the parts you need, answer your request and prepare a quotation (steps taken at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries). We do not use your data for newsletters unless you ask for it, and we do not sell it.

How long we keep it

Requests that do not lead to an order are deleted after 24 months. Data linked to orders is kept for the period required by accounting and tax law.

Who receives it

Our help desk team and, only when needed to source your part, the supplier or carrier involved. Our hosting provider (in the European Union) and our email provider process the data on our behalf.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies and does not load third-party trackers. Fonts are served from our own server.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing, by writing to parts@megantis.eu. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country (in Romania: ANSPDCP, www.dataprotection.ro).
